Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL – If you’re unable to make your originally scheduled time and wish to reschedule, please email us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. services@harmonizedesigns.com Late notice rescheduling may be subject to additional fees and limited availability.

Late Policy LATE ARRIVALS: Participants arriving 10 minutes or more after the scheduled start time may have their stations canceled and rebooked. Same-day rebooking is not guaranteed and is based on availability. To request a new time, please contact: services@harmonizedesigns.com

Time Frame Extension Each workshop has an allotted timeframe, going over your time frame will result in an additional charge. We will add 30 minutes of time if needed at a rate of $20 per 30 minutes. ( please note any time over 10 minutes will automatically add 30 minutes)

Group Workshops ALL SALES FINAL- If for some reason you can’t make your original scheduled time and would like to reschedule for another date, email services@harmonizedesigns.com with a 7-day notice of the original time. Frames that are already traced will be an additional $20 per frame if the group does rebook. We do this as the frames will no longer be used for the scheduled time and material will be wasted.

Age Guidelines Any children 14 and under must be occupied by a guardian 18 or older to assist with rug tufting as needed. We have this guideline in place to ensure the safety of the children so they can continue to create rug art at Harmonize!

Pick Up Policy Any rugs that are not picked up within 90 days of the pick up email being sent are subject to being donated and/or put up for display. If your rug(s) are on display and you can provide the required confirmation/booking ID, we will still release your rugs to you at no charge.

Rebooking Policy Please Note: Any stations rebooked less than 48 hours from the originally scheduled time will incur a $15.00 Studio Fee per frame. Rebookings are based on the availability of the studio. A team member will contact you with available times and reschedule.
